2. What Data I Collect — and Why

Contact form. I collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell me, so that I can reply to your enquiry and start a conversation.

Call booking. When you schedule a call I may receive your name, organisation, email address, and any notes you add, so that I can confirm and prepare for the meeting.

Newsletter subscription (future feature). Your email address and, optionally, your name, so that I can send occasional updates and resources you have opted to receive.

3. How Your Data Is Used

I process your data to respond to messages, hold scheduled calls or meetings, send communications you have opted into, and improve my services through anonymous analytics. I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

4. Trusted Third-Party Services

Delivering my services involves a small number of providers. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by Resend. Call bookings are handled by cal.com. These partners are required to comply with the GDPR and to apply adequate safeguards, including where processing takes place outside the EU.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

I rely on your consent where you have explicitly permitted the use of your data, and on legitimate interest for responding to communications and operating this website.

6. Data Storage

Your information is held securely on third-party platforms with reasonable measures in place to protect against unauthorised access.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to your data, ask for corrections or deletion, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Please send any request to contact@gerasimova.consulting.

8. Cookies and Analytics

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics. There is no advertising and no profiling.

One exception is worth naming plainly: the Book a call page loads a booking calendar from cal.com. That calendar is provided by cal.com and may set cookies of its own, which are necessary for the booking to work. It loads on that page only — every other page on this site loads nothing from anyone but me. If you would rather not use it, the contact form reaches me just as well.
